Safety Concerns
Kids fall down
As much as we'd like to wrap our kids in bubble wrap, put a helmet and pads on them every time they play, we can't. And we have to expect that every now and then they are going to fall and scrap their elbows and knees. We do our utmost to make sure kids practice being safe first, but when they fall we are right there with an ice pack, band aid and a rest break before they get back in the action. Over the years we've learned that instead of making a big fuss over a little boo boo, we teach kids to assess their condition, choose a course of action, but get back into the activity as soon as possible. With that said, we take injuries seriously and have policies in place for every type of injury to make sure your child gets taken care of like they are our own. No one likes surprises, especially when it comes to our kids getting hurt. In the event that something does happen beyond a band aid, we will contact you with the details so you can handle the situation appropriately when reunited with your child. Every scrape, cut or bruise has a good story and kids love to tell the stories. It helps them through the process and helps to make them tougher and braver. Let them tell you how it happened!
